Responsibilities Include:
l Conduct complex quantitative analysis and statistical machine learning modeling, extract insights from data
l Define new data collection and analysis strategies, identify, and interpret patterns and trends in data sets, work with large, complex data to analyze and interpret trends or patterns
l Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and audit data quality
l Proactively explore innovation opportunities and internal processes automation
l Use Data Science approach to bring Analytics to actionable Insight
l Leverage Statistical techniques and Advanced Analytical tools were necessary for solving complex problems.
l Organize and present data extracted from disparate tools, applications, and systems
l Generate, update, and maintain reports and data based on business context
l Improve business engagement and operational efficiency.
l Collaborate with other data insights groups, IT and business intelligence units
Minimum Qualification:
l 7+ years’ work experience in tech industry and relevant work experience in machine learning, data science, data analysis or related field. (e.g. data scientist, statistician, data engineering, data analyst). Or 5+ years relevant work experience with master’s degree
l Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree is a plus (preferably statistic, mathematic, computer science or other science and engineering major).
l Advanced statistical analysis skills and Machine Learning modeling, Deep Learning modeling. Experience with Reinforcement Learning (MDP, Policy Optimization algorithm, Dynamic Programming algorithm) is a plus.
l Advanced SQL skills. Experience with Snowflake warehousing platform.
l Advanced ETL skills (e.g. Kettle, MS SSIS, Alteryx, Knime, etc.)
l Experience with programming languages skills (e.g. JavaScript, Python, R etc.)
l Experience with marketing and sales systems (e.g. SFDC, Eloqua, Adobe Analytic etc.)
l Ability to work independently, take responsibility for own work, prioritize work effectively, and delivers work in a timely manner
l Experience in analyzing and gathering insights from marketing programs and campaigns, or analyzing and gathering insights from sales programs and objectives
l Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets, involving diverse data sets and the provision of reporting, and transform data analytics into business insights.
l Accuracy and attention to detail, high intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new concepts
l Proactive, comfortable with autonomy and goal oriented

As part of the Data and Reporting Team within the Growth Marketing Actionable Insights and Analytics organization, you will work with and alongside all global insights and analytics team peers and stakeholders including strategic insight, advanced analytics, marketing optimization and activation.
