Job Title: TEACHER OF PHYSICAL & OUTDOOR EDUCATION

Salary: MPS 1-6 £25,714 – £36,961 + SEN 1 £2,270

Start Date: January 2023 or (31 October 2022)

Contract Type: Permanent

Reporting to the Curriculum Lead for Health & Me, the successful candidate will deliver the Greenfields Voyage by…

• High quality sequential planning, delivery, development and assessment of the PE & OE curriculum for pupils across all Key Stages, including GCSE PE
• Creative and Innovative application of the Thematic Curriculum
• Contribution to the development of Physical & Sensory Interventions
• Ability and confidence to deliver Outdoor Education, including an ‘Explore & Play’ approach and Duke of Edinburgh at KS4
• Develop and embed School Sport and Sports Leadership opportunities
• Fulfil the role of ‘Wellbeing Tutor’ to a class group and lead the ‘Wellbeing Mentor’
• Assess and review pupil’s EHCP progress and needs and wider SEND processes
