The Fraud Ops Specialist is an entry level position responsible for completing thorough risk assessments when reviewing account activity while also delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Early fraud detection is critical in minimizing financial impact as well as protecting our client’s account and identity.

This position requires you to complete training onsite at 14000 Citicards Way, Jacksonville, FL 32258. After training, you may have the option to participate in our Home Office Program where you will work from home as long as you have proper working conditions and technology that is required.
1500 New Hire Bonus: Must be in the role for 6 months and currently employed with Citi to receive bonus. The bonus payment will begin processing approximately 6 months after start date (processing can take up to 4 weeks).
