Description:

The main objective of a person working as a retail sales associate is to sell and provide excellent customer service. This individual needs to have ample knowledge of the company’s products, be sales oriented and customer focused.

Retail sales associates are usually the first person a customer meets when entering a store. They are expected to create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals and represent the store in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business. They are also responsible for assisting customers with choices by helping them locate and providing information about the product in question.

Providing exceptional customer service is as the forefront of our Company’s values. All staff should have a positive attitude and show a willingness to learn and continually improve themselves professionally in order to provide a superior service experience to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

High level of integrity and honesty. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. Have a passion for fashion and be a great brand ambassador.

Education/Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.

Language Skills: Strong command of verbal and written English. Additional language skills (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Chinese) preferred but not mandatory.

Work Hours: Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Dependable and punctual. (Full-Time staff must be FULLY FLEXIBLE and be able to work any time of the work day on all weekdays, weekends and public holidays)
