Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Gather requirements, analyzing the problem and devising a plan or algorithm for proposed business solution. Implement coding for software-based solutions, perform software testing and analyze unit and integration test cases. Provide testing documents to tester to test in testing environment. Evaluation of all the use-cases and scenarios to verify the quality. Identify relationships between artifacts that guide the selection, creation, and implementation of solutions aligned with business goals. Design software architecture consisting of entities and their externally visible properties, and the relationships among them. Design the subsystems and components of a software systems and the relationships between them. Install, customize, test, and extend the period of evaluation before the business final roll out. Automate deployment to ensure continuous delivery and continuous deployment by introducing automation into the stages of application development. Introduce ongoing automation and continuous monitoring throughout the lifecycle of applications, from integration and testing phases to delivery and deployment. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Deploying existing microservices running in PCF to OpenShift; Docker deployment process for running microservices applications; Configuring spring config server with GIT for environment-based changes; Developing applications using REST, JSON, SOAP, and XML; Building J2EE-based applications using Spring and Hibernate/Open JPA frameworks; Developing automated test plans using jUnit and performing build management and continuous integration; Implementing IT projects and providing technical expertise during different phases of software development; and Developing application architecture from migration into strategy Enterprise Cloud infrastructure using container platform.
