We are on the lookout for dynamic and proactive Hospitality Wait Staff for our two restaurants.

Responsibility included for the position is listed below:

Greet customers warmly and serve customers promptly in a friendly manner.
Ensure the general operations of the front area goes smoothly includes cleaning and wiping of glass wares, crockery and table/chairs.
Be aware of and continually maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress.
Ensure the customer areas are tidy at all times and are displayed in accordance with the establishment’s standards.
Advise Restaurant Manager of bar supply shortages.
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws.
Ensure there is someone behind the bar to serve at all times.
Report any problems with either customer or equipment to General Manager.
Follow instructions from Restaurant Manager.
Answer phone and record bookings for restaurant reservations as required.
Report any problems with either customers or meals to the Restaurant Manager or Duty Manager.
Ensure the safety of the business’s property and cash at all times.

Any other duties the employer may reasonably require.
