Hours: Full time, M – F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
This position serves as the secretary to the Development Review division head. This is responsible complex and specialized administrative and clerical support for the Development Review Division. Work involves scheduling meetings with multiple individuals; maintaining records and spreadsheets in databases; preparing meeting agendas, coordinating and attending meetings, and recording and distributing minutes for several boards, committees, and commissions; processing zoning confirmation letters; processing payroll information; monitoring and purchasing supplies; and greeting customers and answering phones.
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent including or supplemented by coursework in business practices and at least 2 years experience performing complex clerical work; or equivalent.
