Part-Time role. 2 days a week with 6-8 hours per day.
Pay range: $20-$22/hr
- Process incoming donations
- Drafting acknowledgment letters
- Documenting and ensuring that the funds are received and reconciled.
- Enter constituent and gift records in our CRM.
- Maintain the CRM records are kept clean and up-to-date.
- Codes payables, receivables, and revenue, and completes regular, timely, and accurate reconciliation
- Coordinates with development and operations staff to ensure revenue is received and recorded
- Provides accounts Receivable support for corporate and individual donors
- Entering details about new donors, meetings held, and foundation grant details into the database.
