Citylink is looking for an Administrative Assistant to connect with us.
What you’ll do:
Ensure compilation of data on SharePoint with accuracy & create periodic reports
A week in the life of this role:
o Managing and organizing filing system and SharePoint
o Data Entry and Recording information as needed
o Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
o Performing general office clerk duties
o Maintaining office equipment as needed
o Aiding with client reception as needed
o Completing reports etc. as requested by management
o Directing incoming phone calls within the group
o Enter or process data, orders, requests, or information as required
o Any other duties and responsibilities assigned
To be successful, you’ll need:
Level of Education
Diploma / Degree with MS Office and SharePoint working knowledge
It would be great if you have:
1+ years of work experience
Power BI knowledge
Technical Skills
MS Office
SharePoint
