What does it take to become a Civican?
You will have experience and domain knowledge of local government and ideally having worked at a council in the Revenue area.
Strong communication and stakeholder management is key for this role and you will be comfortable assisting customers with the configuration, implementation and training of the Civica local government software modules. Having utilised software and applications in your career, you’ll be comfortable in assisting clients and customers with implementation, configuration, and training.

A day in the life…
The Business Consultant – Revenue provides Professional Services Consulting to our Local Government customers. The Business Consultant works closely with our customers to share best practice implementation, configuration and training on the Civica software. You will work with multiple customers across a number of exciting programmes. You can expect to work remote, from an office and/or a customer site in Australia or New Zealand.
