About The Role
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is looking for a Workplace Support Coordinator to join the Corporate Services Group. This full-time, permanent role is based at our Auckland office. As we undergo exciting changes to strengthen our position as a modern regulator, we need someone to help drive this transformation by delivering effective and efficient workplace support, with a strong emphasis on creating exceptional workplace experiences for our team and stakeholders.
The salary band for this position goes from $58,658 to $80,690 with the mid-range being $71,119. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader Authority for the same or similar roles.
What We’re Looking For
You will have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in a confident and customer-oriented manner. You will be highly motivated, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and excellent decision-making skills to handle change and re-prioritise work.
You should also bring:
Supporting the Senior Advisor with fleet management of vehicles, including regular cleaning will be required, so a valid full driver’s license is required along with a reasonable level of fitness.
Position does involve some stock control / storage and distribution activities so capacity to lift boxes up to approximately 10Kg safely is essential, along with bending etc.
