Civil Service College Hiring For Content Producer, Digital Learning at Singapore Full Time

What you will be working on

• Develop, edit, and publish learning content for College’s digital learning platforms in collaboration with stakeholders
• Partner College’s panel of e-learning contractors to develop assets such as videos, infographics, interactive learning packages
• Perform content checks to ensure their quality before delivering to users
• Conduct learning needs analysis, develop storyboards in consultation with subject matter experts, and evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions
• Review, acquire and refresh learning resources from public agencies and third-party learning resource providers to ensure College’s digital library remains relevant
• Manage incidents that stakeholders face with accessing content on the digital learning platforms by tracking, identifying, and resolving issues independently or cross-functionally
• Develop and facilitate training workshops on College’s digital learning platforms

• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, content authoring tools, and learning management systems
• Possess ACTA / ACLP (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Meticulous, with an eye for detail and pride in delivering quality work
• Interest in training tools and technologies
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Positive attitude with strong initiative to work independently, as well as across teams and departments
• Open to feedback
