Civil Service College Hiring For Senior Manager, Digital Learning Services (DLS) at Singapore Full Time

What you will be working on

The officer shall lead the Digital Learning team to deliver high-quality digital learning content and upskill the public service workforce, via the following:

• Define, own, and evolve the strategy around the planning, development, management, and evaluation of digital learning content
• Oversee partnerships with public service agencies and College’s institutes to co-develop and host their content on College’s digital learning platforms
• Forge strategic engagements with established learning providers to acquire and curate relevant digital learning resources that meet the needs of the public service
• Develop and drive adoption of digital learning design best practices, uplifting design capabilities of internal and external partners to deliver high-quality content
• Identify and evaluate emerging trends and digital solutions to continuously improve learning experience
• Leverage data to derive actionable insights that can shape learning engagement strategies

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in designing, developing and implementing digital learning solutions and strategies, with at least 2 years in leading teams.
• Experience working with digital learning platforms and implementing digital learning at the workplace
• Good understanding of learning design principles and learning analytics
• Able to think strategically and work with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable in managing dynamic and complex work situations
• Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Consulting and facilitation experience will be advantageous
