Clancy Construction INC. has been delivering custom homes and renovations for over twenty years. As a growing architectural design and construction firm in Falmouth, we are seeking dedicated individual experienced with construction office administration.

Responsibilities:

• Complete clerical, administrative and general office tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Ability to complete permit packages for residential construction projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients.
• Creative thinker, solution oriented and a problem solver.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Resourceful and enthusiastic

Requirements:

• Quick, precise communication skills
• 2+ years of related experience in construction company

This is a full-time in-office position. Candidates must be willing to work full-time in our Falmouth Office.
