My client who is one of the top-tier 4 banks in Australia is looking for a Java Engineer to join their Markets team, which will be delivering a range of technology applications services through design, development, programming, testing, and maintenance. To be the right candidate for this position you must have clear communication skills and that is thriving to learn more technical skills on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience with Java technologies
• Exposure with Cloud migrations such as AWS and Azure
• Full SDLC experience
• Coding, testing, and designing in applications or multiple platforms.
• Scripting experience in SQL or XML
• Desirable to have worked with Credit Risk Systems or similar
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is desirable
• Worked in an Agile environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/Software Engineering or similar
