We are a vibrant, committed group of professionals, working together to optimize our patients’ health and provide superior service in the delivery of dental care. We are looking for a team member who is equally committed to excellence in customer service to join our front desk as receptionist.

Previous dental office experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.

Although we work in an atmosphere of cooperation through all aspects of the practice, explicit duties include:

• Greet/Check in patients upon arrival.
• Ensure patient paperwork is in order and up-to-date.
• Answer phone calls and address patient need.
• Monitor schedule and appoint patients.
• Confirm patient appointments and fill vacancies.
• Administer recall program.
• Assist patients with all paperwork and insurance questions.

Candidates must be willing to work the following hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:15am to 5:15 pm (or until the last scheduled patient checks out); Thursday: 10:00 am to noon; and Friday: 7:15am-noon (or until the last scheduled patient checks out). Employees are welcome to work additional hours on Thursdays and Fridays to complete a 40-hour work week, but are not required to do so.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
