Centralized Scheduler

Clay Consulting, a VA subcontractor, is looking for Centralized Medical Schedulers to schedule veteran evaluation exams and manage customer service inquiries.

What you will be doing as a Centralized Scheduler:

• The Centralized Scheduler is responsible for scheduling patients throughout their assigned region and acts as point of contact for the scheduling department.

• Organize and maintain confidential medical files and records.

• Receives orders and schedules by both telephone and electronic media.

• Work in partnership with a team of complementing individuals dedicated to living CCLLC’s core values.

What you will bring:

• Medical Scheduler experience (Preferred)

• High School Diploma or GED

• A passion for working with veterans and their families!
