Accommodation Assistant – Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge (Full & Part Time Available)

We have a fantastic new vacancy for an Accommodation Assistant in the excellent 4 star Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge

€11.12 per hour Monday – Saturday + €12.24 per hour for Sunday Work, Excellent Benefits + Quick Progression to Self Checker (€12.12 – €13.24 per hour)

About us:

The Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge is a charming Victorian built 335 bedroom hotel including the Grandstand Bar and Restaurant and an underground car park. We also have a unique events & wedding space known as Thomas Prior Hall, two additional large meeting and events spaces and 4 meeting rooms.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Accommodation Supervisor, the Accommodation Assistant will execute housekeeping duties for the hotel including preparing rooms for guests and ensuring public areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean & prepare guest bedrooms and public areas to the Dalata standard.
• Adhere to high service standards at all times.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the Hotel.
• Highlight any items or areas that need maintenance.
• Be open for work in other departments if required.

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is desired but not essential.
• Customer service focused.
• Friendly, positive attitude.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
