The Clayton Home Building Group is actively searching for a HR Receptionist for our Clayton Addison II building facility in Addison, AL. The HR receptionist/recruiter position will serve as the first step in your HR career path with Clayton Addison II.

Duties / Responsibilities:
· Facilitate and coordinate guests and schedule interviews with HR, AMP and PM
· Review New Applications, schedule interviews, Drug Screens, create distribute Welcome Letters, maintain Resume Bank on Share point
· Schedule weekly New hire, DM meeting lunches
· Prepare weekly summary of candidates (number of: applicants, hired, interviewed)
· Assist potential candidates with on-line application process
· Instruct and coordinate the pre-employment process for potential new team members
· Promote health and wellness activities including, COVID Vaccination, and employee appreciation
· Answer the main phone line – route calls, take messages, and manage the initial communications
· Order, Store office supplies when delivered and organize supply closet as needed
· Filing, making copies, printing / collating, and any other pertinent administrative responsibilities as assigned
· Sign for UPS & FEDEX deliveries
· Assist in planning and execution of employee activities
· Manage Wellness program, Encourage TM participation, sign up, create notices of upcoming events
· Any additional duties or special projects as requested by the HR Manager
· Backup for HR Functions
Requirements:
· Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Preferred
· Proficient in Excel and Word
· Ability to effectively communicate
· Ability to sit for extended periods of time
· Must have exceptional attendance history
· Strong work ethic, drive to achieve goals
· Must have stable work history
