Cleantech Service Group is based in Richmond and provides cleaning and maintenance services to commercial establishments and strata buildings throughout the Lower Mainland. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaner for our residential site in Surrey.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7 hours/day (8am-3pm)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and disinfect high contact touch points, such as handrails, doors, door handles, and light switches

Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, courtyard, and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris

Clean all common area window ledges

Clean elevators, including door tracks

Keep garbage area tidy, empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners

Sweep and damp mop all hard surfaced floors

Vacuum all common areas

Fill out log book, follow up with requested comments, and report any problems to management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Reliable and punctual

Effective written and verbal communication in English

Ability to deal with residents in a professional, positive, and friendly manner

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
