We are seeking a Document Processor a very important client.
Review documents to verify correct verbiage, accurate dates and facts. Ensure printed backup documents (note, mortgage, assignment, print screens, corporate resolution, and prior recorded foreclosure documents) are consistent with the source documents being prep for signature for signer and notary. Tab supporting documentation for easy identification for signers. May scan documents into image system. Update daily log indicating complete assignment. Very basic, clerical role In this role you will be asked to contribute to one of the Private Bank Securities Operation core functions of Class Action support. Some of the key responsibilities may include but are not limited to: * Documentation Validation * Extensive use of Microsoft Excel * Mailing and Archiving * MIS Reporting * Transaction Processing * Response to service inquiries in an effective and timely manner
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Preferred Experience/Skills * Familiarity with Securities Class Actions * Previous securities operations experience * Proficient in Excel and Word * Strong attention to detail
