Client Server Hiring for Software Quality Engineer Job at Sydney, Australia Full Time

International leading asset digitisation company are continuously growing and now seeking a talented and passionate Software Quality Engineer to join their team. Their world-class global team combines a deep knowledge of the commodities industry with powerful experience in innovative technology for commercial outcomes.

You will be involved in the manual and automated testing of digital asset ecosystems along with establishing and maintaining automated regression test suites. You will have the opportunity to work on all the product streams, with a lot of upcoming work being new greenfield projects rather than just maintaining legacy systems!

You will be required to participate in agile development to ensure high-quality, fault resilient and secure software is produced. Daily you will be working closely with the development team to ensure an efficient bug free system that meets business requirements, automate and maintain mobile and web test suites as well as define and maintain test strategies and plans.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience in mobile app testing and Automation using Appium or equivalent and/or web test automation using Selenium, Cypress or equivalent
• Experience in Python, Java or JavaScript
• Experience with cloud technologies, ideally AWS
• Strong experience in writing and executing manual and automated test cases
• API testing using Postman or equivalent
• Experience with CI/CD software such as Jenkins, Circle CI, Travis CI etc.
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
