Data Entry Support

Entry level position in whichour agent relations department will look to you to accurately onboard new merchant and ACH accounts, make account changes, and provide quality assurance checks on all changes.

Job Responsibilities

· Answer phone calls, emails and process various account requests

· Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Manage multiple assignments

· Application Entry into Systems, Application Tracking

· Boarding New Accounts, ACH Account Boarding

· Account Changes

· Weekly/Daily Reporting

· QA Accounts/systems

· Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written skills
• Consultative sales skills – ability to understand client’s needs and expectations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management techniques and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Team Oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
