CLn Skin Care Hiring for Marketing Manager at Dallas, TX Full Time

This in-office position will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan that generates growth for our physician-recommended skincare brand. This includes overseeing all marketing efforts, brand development, product management creative execution and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, a passion for skincare, and a proven track record of success in start-ups and executing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing tactics
• Oversee marketing initiatives, including product promotions, collaboration with small cross-functional teams, customer service, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Use data and insights to adjust future tactics
• Manage the marketing budget
• eCommerce product management – Amazon, Walmart.com, Shopify
• Facilitate marketing efforts on new eCommerce channels and wholesale partnerships
• Support marketing needs as products enter physical retail distribution
• Manage staff, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on ecommerce
• Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Track record of successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics, SEO data and dashboards)
• Ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Skin care experience preferred
