Cloudland Limited Looking for IT Support Engineer – Cloud / Modern Workplace at Hamilton Central, Waikato Full Time

After a recent Aquisition, we continue to expand our team and are looking for another support engineer to join our service team based in the Hamilton CBD.  There will be an initial focus on supporting our customers and project delivery, but there is huge opportunity and scope to expand your skills and responsibilities over time – in any number of roles including service management, operations, platform development or sales.

The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to work with clients of varying scale and industries from professional services organisations to health providers and logistics firms, as well as having the chance to further develop your technical skills and experience and be mentored by seniors.

The ideal candidate will:

• Come from an existing Service Desk or Systems Engineer role
• Good understanding of M365 technologies
• Be a great communicator (written and oral) with an excellent telephone manner and a cool head
• Good troubleshooting skills
• The ability to learn quickly, think fast, work efficiency under pressure and be autonomous
• Be “a star” who is focused on building a trusted relationship with our clients.

The right candidate must also have a positive attitude, be reliable, motivated, and be flexible as some afterhours work will be required.

If you have experience with desktop/server support, M365 Modern Workplace (Office365), Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix/RDS, and/or VoIP then you will have the best chance of securing the role.

Remuneration will be dependent on the applicants skills and experience.
