As a Project Officer for our Operations Department, you will contribute to each local Client implementation in identifying and selecting the best Service Partner of choice based on company strategy, complexity, headcount, and limitations.

Project Officer will report into the CloudPay Operations organization and will be part of our wider global organization supporting the ongoing service delivery for our Global customers.

Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain effective working relationships and communication with the Implementation PMO, Country leads, CloudPay employees and other internal stakeholders

• Support regular calls with some key countries to ensure alignment between Implementation PMO and country leads for implementation of new Clients

• Record & escalate risks/issues for project teams and communicate to appropriate team members

• Monitor and respond to queries regarding allocation and project timeline through Monday.com

• Think strategically about allocation factoring dependencies

• Support country leads in setting appropriate standard project timeline and capacity warning through Monday.com

• Participate in Readiness & Transformation Monthly Team Meetings

• Advise on procedures where appropriate and assist with documentation of best practices

• Keep track of Go Live dates and maintain alignment with the different teams leveraging Monday.com

• Liaise with the Project Directors; Senior Project Manager / Project Manager / Project Coordinators when and where applicable

• Prepare monthly project reports and plans for the Sr. Director Global Payroll

• Monitor and raise Monday.com license requests when and where applicable

Attributes and Experience Required:

• Experience or qualification in IT/technology or related field

• Efficient communicator is mandatory and additional language skills would be a bonus

• Experience working in a project delivery function, potentially as a PMO, project administrator, project coordinator Client-facing experience, preferably in the field of payroll

• Understanding of software implementation, ideally payroll processing software

• Managing HR / Payroll service delivery or consulting in HR / Payroll service delivery

• Has worked successfully in a variety of organizational models (e.g. Outsourced, Shared Service, Multi-site)

• Achieving results through multiple third-party agencies and internal employees who are not under job holder’s direct control

• Competence with MS Office suite of software; knowledge of project planning software

• Understanding of how “Software as a Service” operates both technically and commercially

• Forward thinking, with strong planning and organisation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple projects for multiple clients at any one time
