We are seeking an individual with a warm and welcoming demeanor. The purpose of the Front Desk Associate is to assist the management staff with new membership sales. You will also help with retaining current members, selling retail products, maintaining the cleanliness of the studio, operating the front desk, answering phone, email & text communications, and any other duties assigned. The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing & friendly personality comfortable with public speaking. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but optional. This is a part-time position with growth potential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Follow up with existing clients and prospective members as needed
• Maintain accurate records using established protocols
• Sales, communication, and customer service skills or willingness to learn
• Respond to email, face-to-face, and telephone inquiries
• Maintain records using established protocols
• Must have proficient computer skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting prospective member’s needs and wants
• Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Provide available services to current or future members
• Book quality appointments
• Other duties as assigned
