The People & Culture (HR) Department
The overarching mission of the People & Culture (P&C) Department is to build capacity and capability through the delivery of Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition and Learning & Development strategies via a values-led approach that will create a diverse and high performing workforce which will deliver both the employee’s objectives and that of Clúid Housing’s. The Team is part of the wider Corporate Services Directorate which also includes IT, Business Transformation, Policy & Communications and Facilities. The P&C Team is led by the Head of People & Culture and has 2 People & Culture Business Managers, a People & Culture Operations Supervisor and 2 People & Culture Administrators.
The People & Culture (P&C) Department provide expert professional services to the entire staff body and focuses on 6 core People Processes:
Role: People & Culture Business Manager
Role Overview: The purpose of this role is to work alongside the Head of People & Culture and the People & Culture Operations Supervisor and by partnering with the Business and continually championing the Clúid values ensure the effective delivery of the People & Culture (HR) Strategy. This role will be required to partner strategically with the business, driving engagement and continuous improvement and delivering expert professional advice on all elements of our People Processes Strategy. There will also be a requirement to manage key departmental projects from inception through to implementation.
The successful candidate will be required to have excellent technical HR expertise, interpersonal and planning and organisational skills. This is a collaborative role which will assist in the delivery of People & Culture vision and mission across the business.
