CMS Distribution Hiring for Business Process Analyst (PMO) Job at Kiltimagh , Ireland Full Time

CMS Distribution, a global IT distributor is currently recruiting a Business Analyst to be based at our Kiltimagh. The role will concentrate on delivering an ambitious agenda for process analysis, assessment, standardisation, process re-engineering and as appropriate, automation.

The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in Business Analysis and a track record of delivering business change across digital platforms. Practical experience in working cross functionally to assess company wide processes and partner across Operations, IT and other departments as necessary to suggest opportunities for efficiency.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Use business analysis, analytics and design thinking to help drive the profitability and performance of business operations
• Work with teams to document high level process flows and team dependencies
• Map detailed processes and document “As Is” process descriptions
• Assess current processes for opportunities to standardise and drive efficiencies across departments designing “To Be” process description proposals and driving implementation with relevant teams
• Identify processes which are candidates for RPA and initiate the RPA design process
• Co-ordinate and support User Acceptance Testing with Business Key Users
• Be responsible for mentoring others and sharing knowledge to prevent knowledge silos.

Key Measures of Performance:

• Meeting dates in line with tasks and SLAs
• Viability of solutions based on go live outcomes
• Designing solutions in a scalable way in line with best practice

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Attributes:

• Experience in a similar role, or a background working in a numerical/financial/analytical area for 2+ years.
• Experience in project teams, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in process analysis and design is a must, with excellent documentation skills.
• Experience working with RPA, databases, ERP systems and eCommerce required.
• Highly skilled Microsoft Office, especially Visio and Excel
• Comfortable managing multiple complex tasks and prioritising time effectively.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Work to deadlines including prioritising your workload
• Strong communication skills required to manage direct relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
