Who are you?
You will develop and manage a variety of defined contribution plans in conjunction with the employers and their advisors. You will be responsible for vendor management oversight to ensure that employer plans are administered in compliance with all IRS and DOL requirements and ensures required communications are administered to plan sponsors and participants. Responsible for pursuing, developing and growing assigned retirement plan book of business assets and identifying new business opportunities. Manages and leads state-wide line of business referrals.

Requirements:
You will need a Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of related experience AND/*OR *training, specifically in administering retirement plans and investment management.
*Required Certifications: *
ASPPA Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) or equivalent within 2 years of employment
*Recommended Certifications: *Certifications in investments or administration of retirement plans
