Responsibilities
+ Ensures all Robots have maximum uptime and produce weld quality that meet or exceed CNH standards. Excellent trouble shooting skills in order to fix any Robot crash quickly. Must be able to determine the root cause of any Robot issue in order to be proactive in keeping the Robot running – This may include, but is not limited to, faulty or broken equipment, tooling issues, operator errors, weld wire issues, and/or part variations.
+ Must train and/or ensure each weld operator is tacking or welding consistent parts going into the robot.
+ Responsible for scheduling and performing all preventative maintenance on all
+ Responsible for maintaining and ordering all consumable Robot parts – including performing minor Weld Gun repair.
+ Responsible for training/educating all weld operators on the proper consumable changing intervals for the Robots and the cost associated with the consumables.
+ Assist in evaluating different Robot equipment (Weld Guns, wire, etc.) in order to establish or improve best practices.
+ May work directly with vendors regarding Case New Holland interests.
+ Works with Weld ME’s on any weld changes. Is responsible for any Robot Programming resulting from Engineering changes or New Product Launches.
+ Works with the Weld ME Supervisor to determine welds that can be added or dropped from the Robots, depending upon the situation.
+ Fills in on other assignments as needed to support production.
+ Function as part of a WCM (World Class Manufacturing) team.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Ability to work any hours on any shift as needed. Including Saturdays and Sundays.
Preferred:
+ Good people skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
+ Good communication skills – written and oral.
+ Self motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
+ A sense of urgency with the ability to finish work efficiently and accurately in a high paced environment.
+ Customer focused.
+ Must be able to prioritize work assignments.
