The Verification Associate is responsible to efficiently and accurately verify license information with jurisdictions. The role requires gathering data points by calling jurisdictions and then logging that information.
Responsibilities and Core Functions:

• Contact jurisdictions to obtain multiple data points of information related to business licenses
• Record data point details in the database
• Log and track communications with jurisdictions
• Operate efficiently within an internal collaborative team environment
• Exceptional verbal communication skills to speak with government agencies and colleagues
• Use of considerable tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive data
• Ability to work independently and prioritize detailed work
• Ability and desire to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Ability to use Windows-based computers (including Microsoft Office Suite)
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• White Plains, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
