We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic and communicative. Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive benefits package, monthly bonus PTO hours, and 40 hours of paid vacation after 6 months. Starting pay for this position is DOE.
