team. About the Deli Department Lead: As the Deli Department Lead, you
will assist the Deli/Bakery in the absence of the Department Manager.
You will be responsible for providing continuous delivery of exceptional
guest service, providing outstanding leadership to Deli & Bakery staff,
and ensuring superior quality and freshness of all salad and sliced meat
products and bakery products. Other duties include: Answering phones and
takes special orders; training new employees, educates and assists
guests at the Deli/Bakery counter; attracting guests by creating a fun
and friendly atmosphere; actively engaging guests through product
samples and suggestive selling; ensuring display cases are fully stocked
with product and understanding all health, safety and sanitation
