Natural Stone Supplier company seeking to hire detail oriented individual to join our team. Full-Time position M-Th 7am–6pm, Fri 7am-5pm and Sat. 7am–12pm.

We are only interested in hiring for long term employment. Must enjoy working in fast paced, high volume, customer focused environment. Must be able to work in a diverse population. Ideal Candidate is focused & motivated with strong work ethics. We provide constant, on-going training and the time and skills we invest are invaluable. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Route all calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Greet office visitors
• Receive and distribute mail and packages

• Work with vendors and accounting

• Order Supplies

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Basic Computer Skills

• Knowledge of emails, internet, Word & Excel

• Ability to multi task and determine priority of tasks

• Professional demeanor

• Punctuality and dependability

• Excellent communication skills both speaking & writing

Requirements:

• Bilingual – English/Spanish required

• Personal vehicle required

• High School diploma or equivalent
