Our Route to Market team plays a critical role in capturing our customer’s needs to then implement change management plans with a focus on business improvement.
Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Route to Market you’ll be the “Voice of Customer” within the team to analyse customer verbatim and map service improvement projects with multiple internal stakeholders, including finance and sales.
About You
An analytical mindset, combined with an intermediate level of project management experience will put you on the right path to success in this exciting role. Your natural ability to influence will create win-win outcomes for both our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder engagement – comfortable in presenting
- Customer experience strategies and methodologies
- Voice of customer platforms – Survey Monkey, Genesys
- Facilitating workshops
- Leading a high performing team with 2 x direct reports
