Cockle Legal Briefs is the nation’s leading filer of U.S. Supreme Court and Federal Courts of Appeals briefs. We’re seeking a Document Analyst to join our highly-skilled staff. You’ll play a key role in the success of the appeals process and serve as a critical hub for our 100-year-old business.

What We Are Looking For:

• A sponge who can soak up court rules and procedures.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• An organized multitasker that maintains an attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with clients and internal team members (email, phone, Slack).
• Ability to adapt to changing work flow in a deadline-intensive environment.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Learning various court rules and regulations.
• Helping our clients prepare and file appellate documents (briefs and appendices).
• Providing clients with accurate estimates.
• Communicating with clients effectively throughout the appellate process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,051.00 – $55,000.00 per year
