Part Time Production Assistant

The Production Assistant should have overseas production experience and is knowledgeable of how the production cycle works. The Assistant should be highly organized, detailed with excellent follow up skills and has a proactive attitude.

· Qualification

• 2-3years experience in production
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel)
• Experience with Smartsheet
• Detail Oriented/Quick Learner

· Create and issue purchase orders from ERP system to corresponding suppliers

· PO maintenance, consistent updating of information on ERP system and Production Report

· Communicate daily with factories for WIP production to ensure timely delivery of all goods and product standards are being met

· Track and monitor samples, approval process, and testing reports

· Follow up with suppliers for each stage of development and production process

· Assist with sourcing items from existing and new vendors

· Assist in leading QC process for all SKUS to ensure factories pass required testing and inspection

· Work with Logistics team to ensure vendors have confirmed bookings in a timely manner

· Manage the flow of the information related to product, sample, POs and costing

· Responsible for SKU and Vendor profile set ups on ERP system

· Carry out necessary administrative duties as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
