Mexico is full of potential and an instrumental country for the growth of Codashop. We are looking for an Influencer expert who is passionate about developing our local Influencer network and driving creative community activations in the NOLA markets. We want you to be on trends, help influencers and KOLS to generate creative content and drive campaigns with our local network. You will be instrumental in supporting Codashop with reaching gaming communities, position Codashop as TOM with our consumers and driving Brand Awareness and Growth of Codashop in Mexico and the NOLA region.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and implement Influencer Strategy in line with global requirements and the local marketing plan in NOLA (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador)
- End-to-end management of influencer campaigns; influencer sourcing, negotiations, draft contracts, ideation, content briefing, content review, and reporting.
- Lead onboarding processes for influencers, along with content briefing.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and generate monthly reports.
- Be aware of gaming, fintech, influencer, and advertising laws and regulations in the local market
- Look out for new trends and market opportunities to surprise our consumers with new partnerships and collaborations.
- Lead and execute CGS, Codashop Global Series, our monthly community tournament.
- Develop and execute Influencer Marketing in new markets to increase Codashop’s local Brand Awareness and increase user engagement and drive website traffic.
- Identify local gaming communities and drive activities with them.
- Implement the global influencer playbook locally.
- Drive reporting and measurement to identify sustainable investment.
- Lead and drive negotiations and contracting processes locally.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer and KOL management
- Experience in Social Media and Events is a plus.
- Experience with the gaming industry and communities is of advantage.
- Experience in developing and executing influencer content calendars on different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, online forums, TikTok and Twitch)
- Lead content creation, working with content creators and agencies.
- Strong ability to interpret social media data (reach, views, engagements, conversions) and present recommendations to improve influencers’ performance
- Passionate about games and online interactions.
- Able to articulate and lead creative discussions with influencers.
- Be flexible and adaptable to change.
- Extremely detail-oriented in creating contracts and content briefs.
- Good cultural awareness and understanding of how to thoughtfully engage with a diverse array of people and perspectives.
- Team player with the ability to work across a matrix, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Able to produce reports, presentations, and copies in Spanish and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
