Don’t wait. #BeCode42. THE ROLE: A Technical Product Manager at Code42 helps implement the roadmap for security products targeted at CISOs, risk managers, legal audiences, and security practitioners. In this role, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, support, professional services, UI/UX designers, engineering, and other product managers to support the full product lifecycle.WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Drive and Ensure Delivery: Collaborating with business partners on strategy and roadmap Leading and coordinating with other Product and Engineering leaders to successfully meet market needs Creating, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog Providing partners in engineering and design the right level of context to deliver market value Working with UI/UX designers to develop features and functions that will delight customers Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria Playing an active role in sprint planning Partnering with Launch Manager to coordinate and execute product launch Engaging with sales, field services, and customers to both evangelize the product and also handle any customer escalations and product feedback WHAT YOU BRING: Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business or Computer Science; or relevant work experience 5+ years of experience in product management / product ownership, with increasing leadership responsibilities Proven record of bringing new product(s) to market successfully Strong communication and collaboration skills Excellence in partnering with key customers and colleagues Experience in the Agile/Scrum model of product development environment Proven record of iterative releases of existing products to the market Strong grasp of user experience and user interface concepts Experience in working with data modeling and relational databases Experience in one or more Information Security areas like: EPP, DLP, CASB, EDR, FIM, FAS, UEBA Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for employment, if not currently employed by Code42.
