Managerial and leadership experience are a must. And you’ll need to have a proven track record in a professional hospitality environment. This is a hands-on role with early morning starts, but delicious coffee will always be at hand. You’ll also have the added perk of day time hours only!

Essentially we’re looking for a self-motivated, problem solver with a real passion for customer service and coffee as well as an an eye for detail. You will need to be computer literate and feel comfortable with managing both people and numbers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily operations,
• Exceptional customer service,
• Coffee quality,
• Implementation & management of S&P’s,
• Financial management,
• Team building,
• Staff training,
• Managing the overall success of your shop.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3 – 4 years hospitality management
• Proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills (English – spoken and written – is essential)
• HACCP
• Legally entitled to work in Ireland
• A love of Coffee!
