Schedule: Monday to Friday
From January to June, the administrative assistant could be called upon to work a few hours on weekends.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up on repairs and work with the maintenance man
Make rental deposits and follow up on accounts receivable
Perform housing visits for rentals
Receive customers / tenants
Respond to phone calls and emails
Respond to tenant service calls
Administration
Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
Provide a high level of customer service
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year rental experience
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
Hopem knowledge (an asset)
