POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Domaine de Brugnon is currently looking for a full-time maintenance worker, on call for emergencies, for its rental properties. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need! Member of the maintenance service team, the attendant has the main function of overseeing the general maintenance of the building (optional resident but must remain near 2129 rue de Merlac).

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively participate in various company committees – Know and apply company policies and procedures

All other related tasks

Clear and salt the entrances

Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Preventive maintenance on equipment

Remove snow and ice on sidewalks

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)

A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience

Customer service experience an asset

Has tools

Possess a valid category B driving license
