The Software Engineer will be part of the application development team, which will have the responsibility for supporting and enhancing current project. As part of Software Development Life Cycle, the software engineer will work with technical and non – technical associated in defining business and technical requirements to develop functions or redesign/consolidate existing application.

Mandatory Skills:

• 7+ years of programming experience in design and development in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Having experience in Bizflow, Guidewire Policy center, Claim center and GOSU programming language.
• Strong proficiency in Chordiant Framework, Spring Framework, Hibernate Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Test and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in Azure developments such as App Services, Azure function and Azure SQL DB.
• Hands on programing skills in AgularJS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Having good knowledge in Microservice architecture, SOAP and REST web services.
• Understands database concepts and expert in writing relational database queries in different databases such as MySQL, DB2, Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Experience in Agile environment and project management tools like JIRA and Bitbucket.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write and update programming codes to develop new modules as well as enhance existing functionalities after analysing and evaluating existing systems as per the client’s requirement.
• Resolving high priority defects or errors by debugging the application and performing complete end to end integration testing within the testing guidelines.
• Mentoring team members to complete their development tasks and review their coding quality standards.
• Investigate and identify the latest technologies and tools to improve the performance of software applications.
• Active participation in both Agile – Brainstorming and Reverse Brainstorming sessions to get a clear understanding of the business requirement and implement the technical design.
• Production support, system design, application deployment and functional documentation.

• Bachelor Of Engineering – Computer Science
• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
• Salary : $80,000-$90,000
