JOB DUTIES:

The Litigation Secretary (L.S.) role supports one or more attorneys and serves as a leadership position for other assistants and paralegals. The L.S. is a multi-faceted role, centering around the following core duties:

• Drafting/finalizing correspondence, legal pleadings, discovery and motions

• Maintaining/organizing complex legal files

• Maintaining client contact

• Managing attorneys’ calendars, tracking deadlines and hearings

• Booking flights and organizing itineraries for travel

• Participating in team strategy meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certification and/or 3+ years of litigation experience

Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite tools and Adobe products

Self-starter attitude and ability to lead others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
