Join one of Wales’ top performing colleges as a Student Recruitment Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join our new team dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to prospective new learners. As a Student Recruitment Assistant you will act as a first point of contact providing course information, advice and guidance to ensure the learner gets all the support they need and selects a course that is right for them in pursuing their career aspirations.
You will work closely with our Admissions team to provide a seamless experience and ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and followed up to maximise all opportunities. Enquiries may be received by telephone, email, web chat or social media channels so excellent customer service, attention to detail, good key skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
Applicants should demonstrate passion and commitment to providing the best possible learner experience and a positive first impression of the college that matches it’s excellent learner outcomes that we pride ourselves on.
Full training will be provided and the ability to speak Welsh is highly desirable.
