Summary for the Position:

The Accounts Payable Departments in CBS Mexico – Finance is responsible for the following processes:

• Accounts Payable
• Travel & Expense

CBS Travel and Expenses Analyst is responsible for review and validate expense reports, supplier payments (AMEX), Accounts payable processes, posting, GL conciliations and customer service. It can be responsible for manage P Cards and all the interactions with the P Card holders

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Review and validate expense reports
• Customer service

• P Cards monthly reconciliation, reports and statements
• Direct contact with the Pcard holder
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Perform all the follow up needed
• Attend corporate and SOX audits
• Testing and implementation of continuous improvement projects

What do you need for the position?

• Advanced English
• Bachelor Degree

– Minimium 1 year of experience in financial analysis – accounting

• Minimum 1 year of experience in expenses reports administration (desirable)
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (desirable)
• Expense reports tools (desirable)
