Position Purpose:

The Customer engagement Analyst is responsible for providing insights and improvements for the supply chain process. Support the CDO Team for Exports with demand forecasting and inventory management strategies to meet and exceed the customer’s goals. Work along with our top distributors’ replenishment teams to ensure accurate planning and execution of forecast and demand base requirements. Improve Supply Chain integration by supporting and assisting joint practices. Facilitate the partnership process between the distributors with cross functional teams such as Demand Planning, Distribution Center and Customer Development to achieve objectives of the company/department while engaging customers through teamwork and effective solution solutions that improve the complete logistic chain. Ensure the effective implementation of balanced, efficient, supply chain processes. Improve Customer Collaboration embedding the CS&L strategies and engagement model.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the retail environment forecast and demand plan & KPI’s:

• Define baseline volume of estimated sales for the next Quarters along with the CDOs and identify inconsistencies in the volume planned, based on the knowledge of the account and the history of distributors’s inventory levels and sell out. Identify significant variations in demand and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain, analyze and send monthly Key Customers Scorecard, and Case Fill Snapshot.
• Monitor and supervise sell through performance to provide information to supply chain and commercial teams.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis for service issues.
• Co-ordinate the successful execution of complex business projects, be that significant pack changes, product transfers, software implementation …
• Work with Global team to embed the standard Customer Engagement framework to the region
• Make Cost to Serve analysis and implement improvements, that reduce logistic spend and increase customer satisfaction

Control and follow up on inventory:

• Track and follow-up skus >90 days of inventory coverage and develop strategies with the commercial team for sales execution and reduction plan.
• Review and identify potential inventory issues and implementation status of commercial activities with distributors
• Designs strategies to optimize and control the inventory levels on our distributors
• Highlight the SLOB SKUs to monthly CDO meetings and coordinate action plan

Coordinates and supports the execution and tactical cross-functional meetings to deliver customer results

• Schedule visits to TOP customers to share main metrics (On Time, Fillrate, DOH, In stock). Ensure alignment on key SC initiatives, their details and collaboration plans and supervise actions to achieve or exceed performance targets.
• Builds strong relationships with our customers and maximizes the data to facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement
• Leads all customer facing communication, including but not limited to supply risks, potential disruptions and continuous improvement projects and initiatives to support customer and consumer needs.
• Ensures learning’s are captured throughout analysis and leverages lessons learned from prior initiatives to optimize results
• Supports new item transitions, in/outs, promotional vehicles and item changes to ensure there’s minimal to no slow moving-obsolete inventory, and no impacts to in-stock
• Is responsible for ensuring correct master data and understanding and compliance of vendor programs.

Continuous improvement to simplify the operations:

• Work on simplify, standardize, automate and digitize reports, tools and systems.
• Ensure that existing analytics tools are widely used. Provide training to new team members and refresher training to existing team members.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering , business administration or international trade
• Years of experience (range) 3-5 in supply chain roles, customer collaboration/CPFR, demand planning
• Advanced EXCEL skills (Pivot tables, vlookup, slicers) with the ability to create tools, manipulate, and analyze data
• DOMO, Google Business Suite, Sigma Computing

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced forecasting skills (SAP APO preferred) and understanding of statistical models and projections
• Strong functional / technical knowledge of supply chain processes with proven ability to understand the impact of decisions and changes to E2E supply chains and convert strategy into results

• Ability to thrive under pressure and operate effectively in a high-paced environment while staying organized, disciplined and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
