ELC College is a private language centre located in Montreal. A member of Languages Canada, ELC is a centre for the preparation and taking of several official language exams: TCF, IELTS, TFI, TOEIC, DELF-DALF and others. In this context, we are looking for a bilingual person who can administer and manage our official tests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Receive requests and provide information related to tests
– Register candidates and send them documentation
– Set up test sessions (on computer and paper)
– Manage the documentation of the candidates, as well as the entire administrative process
– Manage the test on the day of the exam
– Post diplomas once received
– Promote ELC College services
– Receive and classify the request for the preparation courses of these tests
– Organize groups of preparation courses, private and semi-private lessons
– Collaborate with the rest of the team in the management of important files of the center
– Any other related tasks

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
