Collier Law Hiring for Document Preparation Specialist at Wasilla, AK Full Time

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Answering phones, mail, client communication;
• Greeting clients;
• Drafting/reviewing title transfers, liens & releases, security instruments, loan contracts, and other miscellaneous items to clear chain of title issues.;
• Title research;
• Maintaining client files/billing

Requirements:

• Keyboarding at 45 wpm;
• Experience with Windows, Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar programs;
• Basic knowledge of math;
• Excellent spelling and grammar;
• Must display professional, friendly attitude and neat appearance. Must have organization, attention to detail, and strong time management. Should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced high-stress (but happy) environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $32.00 per hour
